I had a great time at this place! The location was fantastic, with beautiful sea views and a water park nearby. The breakfast at the cafe was absolutely delicious, and I was satisfied with the food prepared there. The staff provided excellent room service and the amenities in the room, like ironing facilities and a mini-bar, were top-notch. I was also pleased with the flat-screen TV and the dryer provided in the room. The dining experience was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I loved that there was free Wi-Fi in public areas, and the 24-hour reception made everything convenient. There was also a game room and a fitness center for leisure activities. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recommend this hotel to all.

Room spacious

1. Upon arrival @3pm got keys but room still vd( vacant dirty). Have informed hk a few times no response. Need to wait till 6pm and have to call hotel line using mobile phone due to telephone in the room not functional. Finally @ 6.30pm hk came to clean the room. 2. Telephone not working. 3. bathroom blockage . Its flooded when using the sink. 4. so called jacuzzi but not functional at all. 5. electric kettle not functional also. ***please look into this matters as soon as possible as I intend to bring my family and friends for our Family Day.

Two plus one. I meant charge for hotel and theme park. I would suggest for in house guest additional should get 50% off for theme park.

Fun in the water park and great location close to the beach! My kids were thrilled, and we all had a blast during our stay in this facility. the staff was courteous and allowed us to check in earlier than the usual time.

Our experience was not perfect, though. The rooms were poorly maintained, with dirty and dusty floors and walls.

The studio suite was specious, clean and the jacuzzi was a bonus for staying in the suite.

The aircond water was dripping and a bit messy as the curtain was a bit wet.

1) I request I bed yet I got 2 separate beds 2) phone cannot function, I need to use my handphone call to hotel lobby 3) the door of the room cannot open after locked. And the phone inside the room cannot called out, I used my handphone called to lobby for help, nobody come after 20 mins 4) breakfast is lousy and cannot find place to sit in. Cannot find the plate, spoon and fork.......and make myself feel very "cheapskate" 5) the time of breakfast is from 7.30am to 10am as other hotels is from 6.30am to 10.30am.... 6) the water from Jagucci make the bathroom "flooding", the design of drain is really big problem. 7) hardly found a place for the "poor" breakfast, the surrounding floor was unflattering and full of water.....it will cause people easily to fall down. 8) remote control of air con in the room was without battery! It means that guest cannot adjuct the temperature and movement!

Spent a lovely stay with family with a really spacious room and clean bathroom. The service was accommodating and breakfast had some decent options. We enjoyed the beach activities and location as it is right next to the sea, offering a nice view of the beach and its surrounding area. the parking was ample and accessible from anywhere in the resort.

It was a bit hard to find a good place to eat nearby but that was not a big issue since the resort's restaurant was decent.

the toilet is not properly clean..corner of the sink is with black mark..hair on the floor..this is maybe because of long weekend. Some of the lifeguard was smoking inside the male toilet at the water park...the resort is more to facilities or quality service.

I had a great stay at this hotel with a fantastic location close to the beach. The hotel facilities like flying fox and rope climbing were exciting and fun. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, especially in the bathroom where a waterfall-like shower is installed. The breakfast buffet provided by the hotel had excellent varieties of dishes, and staff members were attentive and helpful.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

is a good place for 2 day 1 nite holiday.out of the city,back to the nature. special for small group,like our family member,6 adults 2 kids and 1 baby,we all enjoy the trip. thank you Booked.net.
